Dr. Concannon oversees emergency and critical care services at CVS' San Marcos facility. He has practiced exclusively as an emergency/critical care clinician since 1989. Prior to becoming a partner in CVS, Dr. Concannon was a founder and co-owner of Escondido Veterinary Urgent Care in Escondido, California from 1996-2000.
Dr. Concannon earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota and also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Diego State University.

Dr. Carr oversees emergency and critical care services at CVS' Murrieta facility. She has practiced exclusively as an emergency/critical care clinician since 1988. Prior to becoming a partner in CVS, Dr. Carr was Director of the Emergency Pet Clinic in Temecula, California from its inception in 1992 until 2000 where she was responsible for its day to day operations.
Dr. Carr holds a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota where she also received a Bachelor of Arts in Latin.
Dr. Grady is a staff emergency room and critical care veterinarian for CVS. He has practiced as an emergency clinician for more than 20 years in Alaska, Arizona, Wisconsin, Illinois and California. During this time, Dr. Grady has also pursued interests in wildlife medicine and conservation, including participating in rehabilitation projects related to the Exxon Valdez disaster.
Prior to joining CVS, Dr. Grady practiced at North County Emergency Animal Clinic before it was acquired by CVS.
Dr. Grady earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Grady has clinical interests in ultrasound and cytology.
Dr. Hoggan is a staff emergency room clinician and critical care doctor for CVS. She takes special pride in her ability to connect with patients and explain medical treatments and diagnosis on a feeling level and has been in private practice with an emphasis in emergency medicine since graduation. Her areas of interest include the human animal bond, emergency medicine and critical care.
Dr. Hoggan graduated Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Washington State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Idaho.
Dr. Hoggan is a member of the Dog Writers Association of America.

Dr. Fang is a staff emergency room clinician and critical care doctor at California Veterinary Specialists' Murrieta facility. Born in Taiwan and raised in Southern California, he earned his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of California, Davis in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. After completing an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at CVS, he welcomed the opportunity to remain with CVS' emergency service.
His areas of interest include pain management, emergency surgery, and critical care internal medicine cases. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, doing veterinary work in Mexico, and learning Spanish.
Dr. Hoose is a staff emergency and critical care doctor for California Veterinary Specialists (CVS).
Prior to joining CVS, Dr. Hoose worked at West Riverside Animal Hospital and Orange County Emergency Pet Clinic. Dr. Hoose holds a doctorate of veterinary medicine from Michigan State University where she also received a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science.

Dr. Palozzi is an Emergency Veterinarian in the Emergency and Critical Care Department at California Veterinary Specialists (CVS).
Prior to joining CVS, Dr. Palozzi performed her internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Veterinary Specialty Hospital in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
Dr. Palozzi earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton.

Dr. Pollard is an emergency and critical care doctor at CVS. He has practiced emergency/critical care medicine exclusively for over 10 years. He is board certified, specializing in canine/feline practice.
Dr. Pollard earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Naples, Italy. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Dr. Simmons is a graduate of U. C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. She obtained post-graduate training in Emergency and Critical Care medicine in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Since then she has practiced emergency medicine in San Diego and Fresno, prior to joining the staff at CVS in Murrieta. She has special interest in pain management and critical care internal medicine cases.
